Where stone
meets project.

Distributors publish what is actually on the floor. Contractors search all of it at once. Homeowners find the material first and bring the trade to it. One platform, from the slab to the patio.

Three Ways In

Built for every side of the cut.

The same inventory, seen three ways. A contractor needs SKUs, stock counts, and lead times. A homeowner needs to know which stone stays cool underfoot. A distributor needs both of them to see what is already sitting in the yard.

How It Works

Stone meets project in three steps.

Marbull pulls live inventory straight out of distributor systems, matches it to what people are actually building, and routes the right trade to the door. No phone tag, no spreadsheets, no "let me call the warehouse".

Distributors publish

A distributor running DepotBooks flips a product on with one toggle and sets a markup. Stock, price, and lead time sync automatically as inventory moves — there is no second catalogue to maintain, which is exactly why the numbers stay true.

You search or post

Contractors search the whole network by SKU, colour, or county and compare what is on the floor. Homeowners browse the library by colour and use, then post a project with square footage, budget, and the stone they want.

The work connects

Quote requests route to the distributor holding the material. Posted projects go to contractors working that county, who bid with a number and a note. Nobody hands over a phone number until they have chosen to.

For Distributors

Your stock, in front of the people buying.

Marbull does not ask you to maintain a second catalogue, upload a spreadsheet, or re-key a price list. It reads the inventory you are already running. Toggle a product on in DepotBooks, set a markup, and it appears here — with the stock number your warehouse is working from.

Your wholesale cost never leaves your books. Contractors see only the listed price you set.

Common Asks

Straight answers.

No. Marbull is a marketplace, not a distributor. We show what independent distributors have in stock and route quote requests and projects to them. We do not hold inventory, take a cut of the material, or mark anything up — the price on a listing is the distributor's own listed price.

It comes out of each distributor's live system through DepotBooks and updates as their stock moves, rather than on a catalogue refresh cycle. It is the same number their warehouse is working from. For a large order it is still worth confirming — stone moves by the pallet, and a truck can leave between page loads.

Browsing the library, searching inventory, saving lists, and posting a project are free. Distributors publish through their existing DepotBooks subscription. There is no listing fee and no commission on material.

Not to look. You can browse the stone library, search live inventory, and request a quote without one. An account is what makes saved lists follow you between devices, and it is required to post a project or submit a bid — the bids need somewhere to land.

Yes — JobsBooks carries a Marbull plugin that links contractors straight into the console. The two products stay separate systems with separate data; the plugin is a doorway, not a data share. Your job costing stays in JobsBooks.

County, city, square footage, budget band, timeline, and the stone you are considering. Marbull never asks for a street address, and contractors get no way to contact you from the posting itself — that happens after you accept a bid.

The stone is waiting.
